I am Claire, a Year 2 Master of Landscape Architecture student at the University of Melbourne. I hold a Bachelor of Design with a major in Landscape Architecture (2024) from the University of Melbourne and a Diploma in Environment Design from Temasek Polytechnic, Singapore.
Between 2021 and 2023, I worked as an Architectural Lighting Designer, gaining valuable experience in design precision, spatial atmosphere, and the integration of light with built environments.
I am an aspiring space and landscape designer with a strong interest in edible urban landscapes and climate-responsive design. Growing up in a society heavily reliant on imported food, opened my eyes to the potential challenges of future food insecurity issues in Singapore.
Personal interest/hobbies:
Camping - I enjoy being surrounded by my friends and nature.
Boxing & Muay Thai
- To de-stress and exercise.
Painting, Arts & Crafts - I have always been interested in crafting, crocheting, and the visual arts since I was young. Any type of medium works for me.
Photography - I enjoy taking scenic pictures (landscape and nature).
Video Editing - I have developed an interest in video editing over the course of my studies.
